I was vacationing in the area and had an emergency issue with my Fifth wheel hitch in my truck and needed a replacement. I found the shop through the manufacturer of the hitch as they were a dealer of the brand in the area. I called and … More let them know my situation. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional, polite and willing to help. He was able to find what I needed and order a replacement and have it to the store within the time frame I needed. The cost of what I needed was very affordable as well. When I went to pick it up the whole staff was very friendly and professional. They made sure what was ordered and fit properly. When I’m in this area and I need anything to do with hitches and or trailers they will be the people I call from now on. Greatly appreciate their help!

I brought in my old trailer knowing it needed work, and they were upfront with me from the start it would’ve cost way too much to repair compared to simply buying new. Instead of pushing me into unnecessary repairs or trying to upsell me, … More they were completely transparent about the situation.
What impressed me most is that, even though they didn’t have the exact size trailer I needed for my boat, they went above and beyond to contact other places to help me get exactly what I needed. That’s rare in today’s world.
In the end, we both agreed that a new trailer was the smartest and safest option for me, and I left feeling confident in the decision thanks to their honesty and effort.
